How To Sell On VirtaPay Formely Known As Paybox!

When Virtapay (formerly known as Paybox) was about to be launched, I was invited to test the site by a friend from the United States of America. I was able to signup immediately even when I had the notion that it may not be worthwhile nor is it even now.

After so many people keept asking about Virtapay formerly known as Paybox, I did another post to clear up confusion about Paybox. In the post, I stated what Virtapay formerly known as Paybox is and what it is not. In summary, Virtapay formerly known as Paybox is not about you withdrawing the money you make or getting your money out of it(at least not yet). It is MORE about you using the money to buy stuffs from other Virtapay formerly known as Paybox users(digital goods.

The Digital Goods Offered on Virtapay or Paybox vary and most are just not worth your time. However from time to time there are some great buys that become available and that is where all this ties up with eBay. Virtapay and Ebay many would ask what is the connection, well the connection is that you can drive traffic to your listings and create referals to your Ebates.com and BigCrumbs.com accounts and create real money....More to come in other posts!

How to Sell Digital Products and Services on Virtapay

At the moment of typing this post, I have bought Unlimited Social Traffic and Fully Automated Mini-Niche site. I have also offered How to Be Popular Profit-Pulling Info Products for sale.

Please note: To save yourself from SCAM, make sure you don’t buy products and services which you would not have access to instantly or any products that ask you to pay with real money or anything other than Virtapay/Paybox money.

So, how do I sell on Virtapay

First and foremost, you need to register on Virtapay formerly known as Paybox if you have not done so. After you do, follow the instructions you will see in your dashboard so that you can start making money.

To sell, for a start, you would be classified as a Non-Certified Seller. This means…

* You are invited to test the selling system.
* You can list only 1 item for sale.
* Your item is temporary and will be deleted at some time.
* Your item may “survive” longer by receiving a high rating.
* We may post ads in the buying process.

Note: For now, all users are Non-Certified Sellers. This is to test the buying and selling process for digital items. Certified Seller status will become available when Stage 2 of our Digital Delivery project launches.

How to Sell

To sell with Virtapay formerly known as Paybox, you must have the following things…

* You must have a digital product or service to sell.
* You must have the legal right to sell this item and it must not be listed on our Prohibited Items List.
* You must have a Sales Page and a Delivery Page — hosted on a web server on the internet.

Don’t have a website?

It’s probably easier than you would expect to get started. In fact, you can get web hosting at no cost. Never made a web page or used HTML? Most free hosting services offer very simple drag-and-drop web page builders. They are as easy to use as a word processor.
Here are a few “free hosting” links to get you started…

* Google Sites – Especially easy if you already have a Google account (Gmail, Google Docs, etc.)
* Weebly – A well-respected free hosting service.
* Yola – Another great free hosting service.
* Blogger, WordPress.com, Posterous et all

Step 1: Create and Host your “Sales” Web Page

* Make a “sales” web page that explains the benefits and features of the digital product or service you are selling.
* Upload your sales page to your web host.
* Keep a record of the full web address of the sales page for Step 3.

Step 2: Create and Host your “Delivery” Web Page

* Make a “delivery” web page that will instantly deliver or give buyers access to the digital product or service once they have paid with VirtaPay.
* Upload your delivery page to your web host.
* Keep a record of the full web address of the delivery page for Step 3.

Step 3: List Your Item on VirtaPay

* You will be asked to enter the full web address of your sales page and delivery page in the “add new item” form. Use the web addresses of the pages you created in Steps 1 and 2 (above).

Step 4: Add a “Buy Button” to your “Sales” Page

* After listing your item on VirtaPay—in order to allow buyers to buy—you must add a VirtaPay “buy button” to your sales page. This step is critical!
* To do this, click the “get code” link next to any item you have created (below on this page).
* Next, add the “buy button” code to your sales page HTML.
* Finally, save and re-upload your sales page to your web host.

Step 5: Activate your Item Listing

* After you have added the VirtaPay Buy Button to your Sales page, click the “activate” link next to the item listing (below on this page).
